Most weird comics have a hasty two-a.m.-with-a-morning-deadline quality and are usually associated with publishers who were in no position to be picky. This short lived series featured an elaborate backstory, art by a couple of Silver Age heavy hitters (Carmine Infantino*, Bernard Sachs) and ran in Airboy, one of the best and most successful comics of the time.
All of which adds that extra touch of strangeness to a story about the adventures of the rebellious scion of a family of stilt-wearing, world-conquering dwarfs.
* Infantino would later co-create another stratchable character named Elongated Man.
